duplicated space started according to logs but the rest of the UI says building

I've not been able to duplicate this space successfully, I'm also choosing an A10G.
the docker image builds and then the logs move to the container logs where it says ===== Application Startup at 2024-02-12 xx:xx:xx =====, but the rest of the hugging face UI stays as if it were still building and never finishes
would appreciate any help xx love
