Thanks @DrNiloferRegenova for raising this issue. I think it might be related to Windows characters that aren't UTF-8 encoded. Looking into it.

Ok I've pushed a fix I think should work with different encodings. Please use with your file and let me know if it works now?
Fixed! According to the submitter it works now.
