The Issue template with the red flag with the word "Report", is only reserved for urgent issues like ethical or legal issues (Used through the 'Report this Space' button), This is important to ensure urgent matters are prioritized, and to respect the time of maintainers.

For Bug/General issues, I would advise opening a issue through the blue 'New discussion' button instead in the Community tab.

Additionally, if you are still facing the issue, could you share the error message here so i can help?

I assume it was just down for a bit due to heavy load, it appears to be up now, i recommend closing this issue if its resolved for you.
