Convert third party files to Llamafile

Hi, I want to transform my third party model files to llamafiles but the llamafile command on my windows doesn't work. ( The term 'llamafile' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program.).
Any ideas on how that is supposed to work?
rename the llamafile to .exe
